NOTES ON RENTAL RATES
For telephone use you will need to buy a phonecard
locally for all International Calls. All long distance calls within the United States are free.
A deposit of £100 ($185) per week of rental is due at the
time of booking. Balance will be required 8 weeks prior to
departure. Full payment is required if booking is made
less than 8 weeks prior to departure
A security deposit of £250 ($454) is required and this will
be fully refundable within 4 weeks after your return date
provided that no damage has been reported by our
management company.
Payment is accepted in UK Sterling and US Dollars only.
Pool heating is an additional cost if required at £90 or
$162 per week.
